Please read these terms carefully before using Afsahara.
Advertiser Terms and Conditions
1. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions together with the Insertion Order form the agreement between the Advertiser and Afsahara in respect of Advertising Services.
If these Terms and Conditions and the Insertion Order are inconsistent, then the terms of the Insertion Order will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
If Afsahara supplies Advertising Services which are not specified in an Insertion Order these Terms and Conditions still apply.
2. WORDS AND PHRASES
"AD" means an advertisement on the Afsahara websites;
"ADVERTISER" means the person who signs up for the Insertion Order;
"ADVERTISING MATERIAL" means all creative in respect of an Ad including text, graphics, icons, images, contact details, and URL information;
"AFSAHARA" means Afsahara;
"AFSAHARA WEBSITE" means the website owned or operated by Afsahara, situate at afsahara.co.ke
"BUSINESS DAY" means any day excluding Saturday or Sunday or a bank or public holiday in Kenya;
"INSOLVENT" means being unable to pay debts, having a receiver appointed, or winding up business.
3. PLACING AN ADVERTISEMENT
In order to place an Ad the Advertiser must submit an Insertion Order and provide all Advertising Material to Afsahara. Afsahara is not bound to publish an Ad until the Insertion Order is accepted.
4. WHAT THE ADVERTISER WILL DO
- Provide required Advertising Material at least 5 days prior to Publication Date.
- Comply with Afsahara advertising policy.
- Only place ads for items they are legally entitled to sell.
- Obtain all necessary intellectual property permissions.
5. WHAT THE ADVERTISER WILL NOT DO
The Advertiser warrants that they will not submit illegal, fraudulent, obscene, or misleading material. They will not insert unauthorized tracking tags or links to external sites without approval. Advertising more than one product per ad is prohibited.
6. PUBLICATION OF ADS
Afsahara will use best endeavors to publish ads but is not liable for errors or omissions. Afsahara retains absolute editorial control and may refuse or withdraw ads at its discretion.
10. FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees are invoiced monthly and payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 12.5% per annum. Advertisers authorize Afsahara to share credit information with licensed Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs).
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Afsahara acts as a medium and is not responsible for vetting respondents or the outcome of transactions between parties sourced through the site.
14. INDEMNITY
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify Afsahara against any loss or damage resulting from a breach of this agreement or the use of the website.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Afsahara may modify this agreement at any time.
Copyright and Trademarks
Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by Afsahara. Information is for personal, non-commercial use only.
No Professional Advice

Security and Login
Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. Notify Afsahara immediately of any unauthorized use.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
